Delivery

We will deliver the goods to your specified address throughout your selected country. Before delivering the goods, the courier will contact you and personally agree on a time of delivery that is convenient for both parties.

SHIPPING METHODS:

1. Delivery to the specified address WITHOUT LIFTING SERVICE. The package will be delivered to the address specified by you without lifting service. This means that you will have to bring the item into your home yourself, no lifting service will be provided. If the value of the goods in the basket is greater than 600 euros, delivery is free; if the value of the goods in the basket is less than 600 eur, the delivery price is 50 eur.

2. Delivery to specified address WITH ONE PERSON DELIVERY SERVICE. The package will be delivered to the specified address. The parcel is carried into home by the courier together with the recipient. If the value of the goods in the basket is greater than 600 eur, the delivery price is 30 eur; if the value of the goods in the basket is less than 600 eur, the delivery price is 80 eur.

3. Delivery to the specified address WITH 2 PERSON DELIVERY, UNPACKING AND ASSEMBLY. The package will be delivered to the specified address. We will safely transport the furniture, unpack it, assemble it, put it in place and take away the packaging waste. In all cases, the delivery price is 150 euros.

DELIVERY TIME

In the description of each product, the preliminary delivery period of that product is indicated, which is calculated from the confirmation of the order, i.e. i.e. when the order is verified and payment for the goods has been received. If the product delivery time does not suit you, contact us by e-mail info@insidematterseurope.com. If the shipment is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you immediately.

If you order furniture with the availability status: 1 or more pieces left, we usually fulfill such an order within 5-10 working days from the date of payment.

If you place a pre-order or a non-standard color furniture order, then the deadline for furniture production and delivery is 4-8 weeks from the payment of the order.

We deliver orders throughout your selected country free of charge to your place of residence (the place where a cargo minibus can reach), when the value of the goods reaches 600 euros. For an additional fee, you can order a furniture lifting service.

DIFFERENT DELIVERY TIMES

If goods with different delivery times are ordered in one order, then the longer delivery time is applied to the whole order. So if one order has one item with a 1-3 business day delivery time and another with a 30 business day delivery time, the entire order will have a 30 business day delivery time. If any product is canceled by the customer during the order execution, the remaining products will still be subject to the longer delivery period that was applied to the order after its confirmation in the system.

If you want the goods selected by you with different deadlines to be delivered at different order deadlines during one shopping trip, please make separate orders.

If the desired goods are not available or if unforeseen problems with the delivery arise during this period, Inside matters employees will immediately inform the customer through the contacts specified by him.

THE RECEIPT OF GOODS

The buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that he cannot accept the goods himself, and the goods are delivered to the specified address and based on other data provided by the buyer, the buyer does not have the right to make claims against the seller due to the delivery of the goods to the wrong entity.

When accepting the ordered goods, check the condition of the shipment and the goods and sign the consignment note or other shipment transfer – acceptance document. In the event that during the delivery of the goods, you notice any damage to the external appearance of the shipment and/or the goods, inconsistencies in the package of the goods, be sure to note this in the shipment handover – acceptance document and, in the presence of the representative who delivered the shipment to you, write a free form of the damage to the shipment and/or the goods /deed of non-compliance. If the customer signs the consignment note without comments, it is considered that the shipment has been delivered intact and we do not assume responsibility for:

– damage to the goods, if the basis for the occurrence of such damage is not a manufacturing defect;

– inconsistencies in the assembly of goods, if these inconsistencies can be determined during the external inspection of the goods.
