Returns and exchanges of quality goods

After concluding a distance contract, the buyer can return the goods without giving a reason, except for those ordered and manufactured according to the individual order of the buyer, within 14 calendar days.

The buyer must return the quality goods in an undamaged package by his own transport to the place specified by the seller or order a transport service organized by the seller according to the rates valid at that time.

In order to return quality products, the buyer must inform the seller by e-mail info@insidematterseurope.com.

When returning quality goods to the buyer, it is necessary to comply with the following conditions:

  • The returned item must be in its original, neat packaging;
  • The product must be undamaged by the buyer, unassembled if the buyer received it unassembled and no attempt was made to assemble it. Changes to the appearance of the package, which were necessary to inspect the received product, are not considered to be essential changes to the appearance of the product.
  • The returned item must be complete, including assembly instructions and assembly details

Within 1-3 days after the return of the quality goods to the place specified by us, the buyer is informed whether the goods meet all the return conditions listed above.

If the returned item meets all the above-mentioned return conditions, the seller undertakes to return the money for the purchased items by payment order within 14 days. to the bank account specified by the buyer. The days are counted from the day the returned goods reach the return location specified by us.

Money for transport, delivery or product collection services provided when purchasing Goods is not refundable.

If the seller receives a damaged package or a product that does not meet the requirements of the return rules, the refund will not be made. Delivery or pick-up of the product in such cases will be negotiated individually.

Non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

  • Goods that have been manufactured to the specifications provided by the customer or have been manufactured to suit individual needs.
  • Products that have been made according to the customer’s individual preferences, such as: wood oil color, fabric shade and texture, measurements and other options for individual preferences.
  • Products that are ordered by e-mail by mail, with individual selection of models, colors, finishes and materials, are not returned. The customer confirms his choice by paying the advance.

The seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with the legal acts of his country of residence.

Warranty service

All the furniture we sell comes with a 24-month warranty.

When the buyer accepts the goods at the specified address, the buyer must check the quality and condition of the products before accepting them. Claims regarding their quality (external scratches, tears, breaks and other types of damage caused during transportation/assembling/carrying) due to the buyer’s actions after receiving the product are not accepted.

The warranty does not apply to a third party.

The warranty is valid only in the territory of the country you bought the furniture in.
When receiving the products, check their completeness. Inspect the exterior of the products, the fabrics, the color of the decorative wood details, etc., for any visible mechanical damage or other defects. Inspection of the product is the customer’s responsibility. Show the found defects to the employees who delivered the products.

If you receive a product with a defect or if a defect appears during the period of use of the furniture, contact us at info@insidematterseurope.com, send photos or a video in which the defect is clearly visible. After analyzing the sent visual material, we will provide a decision within 5 days.

The warranty period starts counting from the moment when the seller hands over the product to the buyer.

Exchange, return or elimination of defects is carried out in accordance with the rules of retail trade. The buyer does not have the right to terminate the contract if the lack of the item is of minor importance.

The warranty is valid for all the assembled parts of the items and their components. Inconsistencies in the texture and shade of natural wood and other natural materials, changes in natural wood and other surfaces are not considered a defect in the quality of the product. Natural changes in the wear of the fabric are not considered a defect in the quality of the goods.

The product quality warranty does not apply if the buyer did not comply with the established rules and information and did not follow the description of the use and care of the furniture, violated the rules of transportation, assembly, storage, use, storage, maintenance and operation of the goods, as well as if the packaging of the goods or other external defects are visible.

By paying for the order in part or in full, the buyer confirms that he is familiar with the rules and information provided by us to the customer, as well as the description of the use and care of the furniture. This information can be found in our online store and is also sent to each customer individually with the order confirmation email.

Product quality defects (defects) identified during the warranty period are repaired/replaced by the Seller at his own expense within the specified period, i.e. within 30 working days, unless otherwise agreed with the Buyer.
